GDGC CCCA CH Coolcoons Take A Chance, DM
"Grandma Lott" was born in 2001 and from the beginning was a very special baby. She was shown very successfully for a couple of show seasons, and went on to be my first home bred Kitten of the Year winner.
Take A Chance is by one of my boys imported from Norway, N*Arctic Coon's Little Polarbear, and out of another import from the UK, Kititas Dreamweaver. I want to thank both Benthe Prytz from Norway and Catherine Letts from the UK for their kindness to a new Maine Coon breeder, and for sending me such wonderful cats.
Lotti produced beautiful babies, including Coolcoons Excalibar who was a fabulous stud for a number of years and a multi Best in Show winner. Lotti was desexed at 5 years old and was never rehomed. She lived her life out with us here until the end of 2015.
Lotti was the first Maine Coon in Australia to be awarded the DM title, and her legacy lives on in some of the lines we continue to breed with today.
